Chem Quant is now offering a full line of engineering and support services for Shimadzu LC/GC/GC-MS/LC-MS systems at a lower cost and higher level of quality than our competitors. We offer Labor Only and Full Service contracts, Real Time Remote support, PMs/cleanings, and training. ChemQuant’s new director of engineering/service David Geiger was the LCMS team leader for Shimadzu helping to formulate manuals and practices for their mass spectrometry program. Our engineering division located in RTP NC has the capability to locate, evaluate, repair, refurbish, and support the instrument/application from cradle to grave. ChemQuant is unique in then we utilize our AB-Sciex and Shimadzu backgrounds in engineering and applications to find the right instrument for the right application: we are able to provide an instrument, warranty, service, installations, and support modern profitable methodologies. Our team also has the capacity to modify and upgrade 8030,8040 and 8050 systems. Startups now have the ability to enter the market at half the cost by utilizing refurbished, upgraded, warrantied instrumentation.

Our team of engineers and scientist can remotely monitor your analytical system as needed to provide feedback as to when to change consumables and to support .
